Keck Program Assistants

Each year the Center hires six to eight students who assist in the daily operations and programming at the Keck Center. The students work in shifts (two to three hours) throughout the week helping with a variety of tasks including light research, interviewing experts, event organization and promotion, and basic clerical assignments. In addition to completing assigned tasks, students have the opportunity to take initiative in creating programming or pursuing duties in the best interest of the Center and IR students at CMC. All classes/years are welcome to apply! The application period for AY 2024-2025 will open in Fall 2024.

Faculty RAs

The Center funds student research assistants working with faculty members in the IR program on their research projects. This program offers students valuable experience developing their skills in research, communication, problem-solving, and project management. In addition, the Center manages the application and selection process for the program. Student research assistants are selected at the beginning of the academic year and work with faculty on their research projects during the academic year and summer. The application period for AY 2024-2025 will open in Fall 2024.
